1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Model Method ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, coaching programmes, digital products, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Services

The Model Method provides dating and social skills coaching services for men, including but not limited to:

• Online coaching programmes and courses
• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Group coaching and community access
• Digital products, guides, and resources
• Dating app profile optimisation
• Email and SMS communications related to our Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. User Accounts & Obligations

When you create an account or provide information to access our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Share, redistribute, or resell any content or materials without authorisation

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. Payment Terms

Certain Services require payment. By purchasing our Services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorise us to charge your designated payment method for all fees due

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

For subscription-based Services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Coaching programmes: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, or once you have accessed more than 25% of the programme content, no refunds will be issued.
• One-on-one coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, frameworks, and methodologies — are owned by or licensed to The Model Method and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Share, resell, or sublicence access to our materials
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from our materials

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and resources, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Results from our coaching and programmes vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control. Testimonials and examples used are illustrative and not guaranteed outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Model Method and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Model Method and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit or share through our Services

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or harmful behaviour towards our staff, coaches, or other clients
• Non-payment of fees
• Any activity we deem harmful to our business or community

Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
